![]() One of my ED pet projects is to use Access to make my own food database/MFP. The smooth one is more what I would consider my "real weight" if someone were to ask me. I usually have the "rough" trend line of 5-days/weigh ins and the "smooth" trend line of 9-days/weigh ins. So instead, I have it "average" out the last 5 weigh-ins and call it my "real" weight, which gets graphed as the "trend line". That requires calculus (if doing it by hand), and I am not familiar enough with excel to make it auto-calculus for time-dependent averages. I've yet to make it do "sliding average" in which it takes the average over say a 24 hour period, regardless of how many and what exact time each weigh in was. I have auto-updating excel graphs that I just post the weigh in date/time. ![]() ![]() ![]() To the point that I created my own losertown spreadsheet that accounts for metabolic changes that are generally insignificant unless you look 6 months outward. I have too many excel sheets dedicated to my eating disorder. ![]()
